Helen Gifford binds an abundance of delicate, pointy lightbulbs to her stainless armature to create Upstream, a pendant inspired by sea urchins. In addition to the lamp's non-electrified bulbs, Gifford has included six sockets rated for use with standard 40- or 60-watt incandescents.
